中国虚拟天文台诚邀联合培养研究生加盟
由于项目科研工作的需要，中国虚拟天文台项目面向全国高校诚邀联合培养研究生（硕士、博士均可），就虚拟天文台的科学、技术，网格技术，数据库技术等进行研究开发。
中国虚拟天文台项目是CNGrid计划科学数据网格的承担单位之一，正在承担着自然基金委的网络化科研环境重大专项中的网格应用课题。目前，中国虚拟天文台项目正在开展的研究工作有LAMOST数据存储和管理系统设计开发，基于OGSA-DAI中间件平台的虚拟天文台数据访问系统（VO-DAS）开发（其中涉及GT4环境下的数据访问、工作流、任务调度、安全认证等多方面内容），基于.Net平台的智能化信息集成系统SkyMouse的开发（skymouse.china-vo.org），世界数据中心天文中心的优化升级等。此外，如何利用已有虚拟天文台的工具、服务和资源，利用海量多波段
数据开展天文研究也是China-VO的重要研究方向。
